Athletes feed off group energy but are trained as individuals within their training plan.
Individual training program: each athlete is assessed and given an individual plan based on : Age, level of physical fitness, body type, sport and injury history.
Flexible schedule: to ensure athletes can train at times that work for their schedule

Mon-Thur: 4-5:30pm / 6:30-8pm
