  • Training is athlete specific and trainer inspired.

  • Athletes feed off group energy but are trained as individuals within their training plan.

Individual training program: each athlete is assessed and given an individual plan based on : Age, level of physical fitness, body type, sport and injury history. 

Flexible schedule: to ensure athletes can train at times that work for their schedule

 

 

 

 

Rocky River location: 

Mon-Thur: 4-5:30pm / 6:30-8pm

Fri: 4:00-5:30p

Sat: 10-11:30am

Bedford Heights location:

Mon: 4-5:30p / 7-830p

Tues: 4-5:30p  

Weds: 4-5:30pm 

Thur: 7-8:30p
