HEATHER CLAPACS, M.Ed
Director of Training
Heather Clapacs received her Bachelor's and Master’s Degrees in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University. Heather attended CSU on a soccer scholarship, where she was not only a 4 year starter, but captain all 4 years as well.
Heather interned at Kent State during her graduate program and worked closely with several collegiate teams over the course of her internship. After her internship at Kent State, Heather worked with the CSU Women’s Soccer team as a performance coach, helping the team with their speed and agility needs. In her 8 years of experience, Heather has specialized in enhancing athlete performance from the team level down to the individual athlete level. For the last two years Heather has been the lead strength specialist at Rocky River High school, helping various teams prepare their athletes to compete at the district and state level.
Through her experience, passion, and dedication, Heather is confident in her abilities to deliver the best training plan and environment for any team or athlete she works with.
WILLIAM HARNAR, CSCS
William Harnar has been with the team since 2013. Coach Will received a Bachelor’s Degree (2008) in Strength and Conditioning; and has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since 2009.
Will has 10 years of coaching experience ranging from the private sector to the collegiate level. In that time span he has assisted countless athletes get bigger, faster and stronger while enhancing their athletic capabilities and pushing them to compete at their highest level. Will played collegiate football for the University of Findlay from 2004-2007; in which time, he was a 4-year letter winner, started 33 consecutive games and was voted team captain by his peers in his senior season which yielded him All-League Honors in 2007.
William is driven towards making an impact on every athlete he trains. His passion and ability to pay attention to detail makes him a vital part of our team.
Hannah grew up in Columbus, Oh and graduated in 2006 from Hillard Darby, she played a variety of sports like lacrosse, volleyball and snowboarding while in High School.
Hannah received her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science in 2010 from The University Of Vermont. After College Hannah took an interest in helping athletes and adults improve their strength, performance and over all health.
Hannah has been a a part of Force Performance since January of 2017, working primarily with our athlete 101 youth population and our adult groups. Hannah's passion to help others achieve their goals has led her to be one of our team and athlete coordinators.

Stacie Graduated for Cleveland State University with a degree in Exercise Science in the spring of 2019. Stacie has been a competitive athlete her whole life. She finished her soccer career at Cleveland State where she was a starting center midfielder all 4 years. Stacie interned for Force Performance in the Spring of her final year at CSU where she excelled and was offered a full time spot on the performance team. She plans on taking the GRE this fall to hopefully get into The Ohio State University Exercise Science graduate program. While at OSU she plans to be a Graduate Assistant in the strength department.

Katie Graduated from Balwdin Wallace University in 2017 with a B.A in Exercise Science where she ran midfiled for the BW womens LAX team. Since then, Katie spent two years as the Assistant Coach for the Colleg of Wooster Womens LAX program. She is excited to be a part of the Force Performance team and to be able to work with athletes of all ages and athletic backgrounds. She hopes to use her expertise to help each athlete develop their strength, power and state of mind.
