STRENGTH

Sport specific program focused on training that will enhance the game. All Functional movements will relate to movements within the sport.

SPEED

Focus on proper speed mechanics, learning how to accelerate and decelerate from a multi-directional standpoint. 

RECOVERY

Incorporate proper mobility and stability within team programming. Understand proper modes recovery: fuel, sleep, time management.

TRAINING PLANS 

60/ 75/ 90 minute training.

Training is led by a performance specialist. Open lines of communication with coaches, athletes and parents to create the best opportunity for each athlete.
