The Sam Morris Invitational is Force Jiu-Jitsu’s annual no-gi event created to honor Sam Morris and carry his impact forward. The tournament brings elite grappling, free live coverage, community support, and a purpose bigger than any bracket.
Event proceeds support the Sam Morris Scholarship, giving a deserving student one full year of Jiu-Jitsu training at Force. In 2026, that scholarship was awarded to Jaxson Busbin.

Marcus Bouie of 10th Planet Jacksonville won the 2026 sixteen-man absolute, finishing Quentin Rosenzweig by straight ankle lock in the final. The event was streamed live and free, backed by local businesses, coaches, athletes, and families who believed in what Sam’s name represents.
